ビッグマウンテンでの冒険を求めるフリーライド・スキーツアー愛好家のために設計されたAtomic Backland 102は、探索、登り、そして自信に満ちた滑降を可能にします。より幅の広いBackland 109と同様の構造を採用し、FreeTourプロファイルを取り入れることで、本格的な滑降性能を備えたツアースキーに仕上がっています。ポプラ材とカルバ材を組み合わせたウルトラライト・ウッドコアが、軽量性と優れたパフォーマンスの理想的なバランスを実現。さらに、軽量な3次元形状のHRZN 3Dチップが接地面積を拡大し、深雪での浮力を高めます。パウダーロッカーは、特徴的なチップとテール形状に加え、足元にキャンバーを配置することで、ディープパウダーや荒れた雪面でも、軽快かつ遊び心のある操作性を発揮します。従来のBacklandの構造を見直し、木材の使用比率を高める一方で、ファイバーグラス、金属、樹脂の使用量を削減。これにより、素材に由来するCO2換算排出量を26%削減しました（2022年モデルBackland 100との比較）。オーストリアのバックカントリー界のレジェンド、マティアス・ハウンホルダーと共に開発されたBackland 102。その魂を揺さぶる滑降性能と登りの効率性の高さこそが、彼をツアーのたびに山の奥深くへと駆り立てるのです。
