Sスキーポールは身長（A）に合わせて選びます。身長（A）×0.7でその数字は簡単に導き出されます。

スキー・ポールの適切な長さを決めるもう一つの方法は、実際に試してみることです。ポールをひっくり返し、グリップを床につけ、手の甲がバスケット（先端の上にある円盤状のもの）に触れるようにするだけです。

ポールの長さが身長に合っていれば、グリップを地面につけると前腕と上腕が直角になるはずです。そうすれば、バスケットの位置までポールがしっかり地面に沈みます。

上記のサイズ表は、大人用になります。サイズに迷う場合、ポールシャフトは簡単に短くできますので、長い方ををお選び下さい。
